At JHD Industrial Solution, we strive to deliver the highest quality industrial products and services to our customers. However, we understand that in some cases, returns or refunds may be necessary. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may return a product and request a refund or replacement.

๐Ÿ“ฆ 1. Eligible Products for Return

We accept returns for the following categories:

  • Damaged or broken items during delivery

  • Wrong product delivered (model, specification, or brand mismatch)

  • Expired or outdated industrial supplies (where applicable)

  • Manufacturing defects or faulty performance

  • Incomplete product (missing parts or accessories)

Note: Products that fall under safety equipment, custom orders, chemicals, perishables, and certain electricals may not be eligible for returns due to compliance reasons.


๐Ÿ•’ 2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Requests beyond 7 days will not be entertained unless approved under special conditions.


๐Ÿ“ 3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at sales@jhdindsolution.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Attach photographs or videos showing the issue (mandatory for damages).

  3. Our support team will review the request within 24โ€“48 business hours.

  4. If approved, weโ€™ll arrange reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item.

  5. Refund or replacement will be processed once the returned item is inspected.


๐Ÿšš 4. Reverse Pickup

  • For eligible pin codes, we offer free reverse pickup.

  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may send the product back via courier.

  • The shipping fee for returns will be reimbursed (only if the return is due to our error).


๐Ÿ”„ 5. Replacement Policy

You may request a free replacement if:

  • The received item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The replacement is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is returned in original condition with packaging.

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If not available, we will initiate a refund.


๐Ÿ’ธ 6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following situations:

  • If we fail to deliver the order

  • If the product is returned due to defect or mismatch

  • If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch

  • If we are unable to replace the product

Refunds will be credited within 7โ€“10 business days to the original payment method (bank, UPI, credit card, etc.).


โŒ 7. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Opened or used electrical and electronic items

  • Safety gear, PPE, gloves, masks once opened

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Bulk/industrial orders over โ‚น50,000 (unless defective)


๐Ÿ›’ 8. Order Cancellations

a) By Customer:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • No cancellation allowed after dispatch.

b) By JHD Industrial Solution:

We may cancel an order if:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, full refunds will be processed.

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original invoice and packaging must be retained.

  • Tampered, used, or altered items will not be accepted.

  • Any product returned without our prior approval may be rejected.

For faster processing, please ensure:

  • Valid bank account/UPI ID is submitted (for NEFT refunds)

  • Copy of the invoice is shared

  • Photos/videos of the item are attached (if damaged/defective)

Failure to provide these may delay the refund process.
